Evaluations are typically divided into two sessions of up to two hours each to allow for a comprehensive clinical interview. Upon completion of the second session, reports are then written and delivered to your attorney two - three weeks from the time of the final interview. If you are seeking an expedited evaluation - reports will be delivered within two weeks from the time of your final interview.

Clients can either pay in full at the beginning of the first clinical session, or provide a payment of half of the total evaluation fee at the time of the first clinical interview and remainder of payment before release of the report to attorney.

Once completed, your evaluation may be used in official court proceedings and will need to be seen by your legal team. Your evaluation and clinical information is confidential outside of your legal case. You will complete a release of information for your clinician to speak with your legal team about relevant information and findings.

Currently, evaluations are conducted exclusively online via a HIPAA compliant tele-health platform.

Lists of local interpreters can be provided if needed. Clients can either contact and secure an interpreter from this list, or clinician can secure interpreter and add additional cost to overall evaluation fee.

No - For purposes of objectivity, evaluation must be conducted with a certified interpreter.

No - In order to ethically perform your evaluation, I cannot act as both a therapist and an evaluator. Should you desire therapeutic support following your evaluation, I can provide referrals to therapists and resources you can access.
